Warung Sari Sembako is looking for an experienced Assistant Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a high standard of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in cost control and menu development activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and team leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
