This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to lead our operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of crew members and ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations,Monitor and maintain all vessel equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operations in accordance with company policies and regulations,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and maintenance activities,Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations,Promote a positive and safe work environment for all crew members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the shipping industry,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) and Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF) certificates
