📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field visits to assess farmer needs and provide technical assistance.
• Develop and implement agricultural outreach programs to promote sustainable farming practices.
• Collaborate with farmers to identify and address challenges in their operations.
• Provide training and education on modern farming techniques and best practices.
• Monitor and report on the progress of agricultural initiatives and farmer support programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and local agricultural communities.
• Coordinate with agricultural experts and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of farming solutions.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to farmer performance and agricultural trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural extension, farmer support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and sustainable farming techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools such as Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
