📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support our international expansion efforts
• Provide HR consulting and support to our team in the Philippines, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages, in collaboration with our finance team
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Partner with our leadership team to shape and reinforce our company culture
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share your insights with our team
• Assist in the development and implementation of our employee development and training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international expansion or cross-cultural HR
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
