📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 15-20 employees, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff training.
• Drive sales growth by implementing promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all venues meet the brand's standards for cleanliness, equipment, and customer service.
• Work closely with the regional manager to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
