PT Property Inovasi is looking for a Lead Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and operated safely. You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating transportation for our employees and clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and operated safely.,Schedule and coordinate transportation for employees and clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior drivers, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.,Respond to emergency situations, providing immediate assistance and support.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on vehicle status and transportation schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.,Valid driver's license for the type of vehicles you will be driving.,Experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, including maintenance and repairs.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.
