📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough night audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
• Reconcile financial records, including cashier's reports, bank deposits, and credit card transactions
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including guest registration, check-in/check-out, and room assignments
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including linens, towels, and other consumables
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during night shifts
• Prepare and present night audit reports to the management team
• Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly financial reports
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the Front Office area and night audit station

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Knowledge of hotel accounting and financial reconciliation processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with night audit software, such as Night Audit Pro or similar tools
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
