📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the building materials and construction sector.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with the product development team to understand new products and features.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the building materials or construction industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
