📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the hospital's dietary guidelines and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring efficient workflow.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and inventory.,Follow food safety and sanitation regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary meals for patients with specific needs.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital kitchen or similar food service environment.,Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with hospital dietary guidelines and standards.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
