📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and recommend improvements.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational plans and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and operations is a plus.
