📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our services.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.,Participating in team meetings and providing feedback on customer interactions.,Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or telemarketing role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
