📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a well-skilled and motivated team.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.,Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
