📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct direct collections from customers in assigned areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Visit customer locations to negotiate settlements and recover outstanding debts.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records of debt recovery.
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on collection progress and challenges.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for debt collection and customer interactions.
• Utilize tools such as GPS tracking and mobile apps to manage collection routes and customer data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to debt collection.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and mobile apps for data management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
