Zone Shine Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Medan. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
