📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.
• Reviewing construction plans, drawings, and specifications to identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address any construction-related challenges.
• Ensuring that construction activities adhere to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Preparing and submitting inspection reports, including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Conducting pre-construction meetings to review project requirements and ensure all parties are aligned.
• Using advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to manage and inspect construction projects.
• Ensuring that all construction activities are completed in accordance with project timelines and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Inspector of Works (Civil) with a focus on bridge construction.
• BEM registration as a professional engineer.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
