📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide first-level support for our online ordering and reservation system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT security and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.
