📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits to identify compliance risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor and assess regulatory changes and their impact on the company's operations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.
• Work closely with external legal counsel to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Ensure the company's corporate governance framework is robust and aligned with best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in conducting internal audits and compliance assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with compliance management software such as ComplianceQuest or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
