📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell premium products and services to guests in high-traffic areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and managing event spaces, including decorating and equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event marketing.
- Work closely with other SPGs to ensure a cohesive and professional team.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality roles.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with event planning and marketing tools such as Eventbrite, Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
