📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining culture is a plus.
