📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with HSBC's policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Analyze and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for HSBC.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Indonesia and other global markets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects and driving cost savings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
