📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Oversee the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to employees on new IT systems and technologies.,Work closely with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security and compliance.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
