This role is crucial in ensuring the successful development and production of our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulation development, a proven track record of success, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the formulation development process from concept to commercialization.,Lead and mentor a team of formulation scientists and technicians.,Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for formulation development.,Conduct feasibility studies and pilot-scale experiments to validate formulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, production, and regulatory affairs.,Monitor and improve formulation development processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in pharmaceutical formulation development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in formulation development in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations, excipients, and drug delivery systems.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.,Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
