As an IT Asset Management Specialist at Abishar Technologies Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT assets, including hardware, software, and network equipment. You will work with our team to ensure that our IT infrastructure is up-to-date and running smoothly. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management and familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT asset management software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is up-to-date and running smoothly.
• Monitor and track IT assets to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with the IT team to implement and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of IT assets.
• Generate reports and analytics on IT asset usage and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management.
• Familiarity with IT asset management software such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
