As a Lifting Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of managing and supervising lifting operations, working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that all lifting activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and best practices. You will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging systems, and will be responsible for training and mentoring your team to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise and manage lifting operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Conduct pre-lifting inspections to verify the integrity of lifting equipment and rigging systems.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for lifting operations.
• Train and mentor lifting equipment operators and riggers on safety practices and operational procedures.
• Monitor and report on lifting equipment maintenance and performance, ensuring timely repairs and servicing.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute lifting operations, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently.
• Investigate and report on accidents or incidents involving lifting equipment, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that all lifting operations are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations, such as those set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifting operations and crane supervision, with a strong background in construction safety.
• Certification in Crane Operator (CO) or Lifting Equipment Operator (LEO) from a recognized organization, such as the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).
• Certification in Construction Safety and Health Management, such as the Certified Construction Safety Professional (CCSP) or the Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
• Familiarity with lifting equipment and rigging systems, including cranes, hoists, and slings.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, such as those set by OSHA and ASME.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project, for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
