📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow in assigned departments.
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and company-wide goals.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership and management skills.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of operational reports to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the Unit Head and senior management as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduates or professionals with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
