📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate M&E projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety and quality standards
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an M&E Coordinator
• Proven track record of successfully managing M&E projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
