📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
Train and mentor staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and feedback, working towards continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and promotions.
Support the Outlet Manager in implementing and monitoring operational KPIs.
Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs.
Ensure that all outlet policies and procedures are followed and communicated to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry, preferably in Bali.
Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.
Familiarity with POS systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
