📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service using Zendesk and Freshdesk
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Assist in training new customer service representatives
- Participate in quality assurance activities
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to team goals and objectives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service (CCE/CFE)
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Freshdesk
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus
