📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
• Reconcile accounts payable to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain and update records in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Issue and track payment to vendors in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the accounting department.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) is a plus.
