As an Assistant Manager, Finance (Accounts Payable), you will be responsible for managing the company's payable accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's Accounts Payable function, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors
• Monitor and maintain the Accounts Payable ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure financial accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Provide support to the Finance Manager in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, with strong Indonesian language skills a plus
