As an Assistant System Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for PCB production. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment such as SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems, and IPC (Institute of Printed Circuits) compliant processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for PCB production
- Work with SMT machines, AOI systems, and other state-of-the-art equipment
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and industry best practices
- Conduct process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process
- Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or a related field
- Familiarity with SMT machines, AOI systems, and IPC standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
