📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive and log customer complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.

• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor and report on complaint trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or complaint handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and complaint management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Valid ID card and able to work in Jakarta.
