As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee a team of 15-20 dedicated professionals, managing all aspects of our logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse optimization, transportation logistics, and last-mile delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in perfect condition, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse optimization, transportation logistics, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 logistics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize advanced logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with other business functions.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other industry-specific certifications.
• Drive initiatives to enhance sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record in the FMCG sector.
• Certifications in logistics management, such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or APICS Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSCP).
• Strong understanding of logistics software and systems, including SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic logistics plans that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
