📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the car-buying process.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our inventory.
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both new and returning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including popular car brands and models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for the automotive industry.
